V petek 10.4.2015 je v Kranju potekal osrednji dogodek ob volilnem kongresu Evropske atletske zveze. Dogodka “Otroci tečejo” se je udeležilo preko 120 šol s približno 12.000 otroki. Med njimi so bili tudi otroci Atletske šole Rožle Prezelj, ki so imeli čast spoznati dobitnika štirih olimpijskih madalj Sebastiana Coa, državno rekorderko v skoku v višino Britto Bilač, olimpijskega prvaka v metu kladiva Primoža Kozmusa, državno rekorderko v metu kopja Martino Ratej in olimpijko Martino Tomič. Po zaključenem teku pa so se otroci slikali z baklo iz Olipijskih iger v Londonu 2012.

Glede na nasmejane obraze in dobro voljo, lahko rečemo, da je bilo super zabavno.

On Friday, 04/10/2015 Kranj held the main event at the electoral congress of the European Association of Athletics Federations. The event “Children run” was attended by over 120 schools with about 12,000 children. Among them were also children from Athletics school Rožle Prezelj, who had the honor to meet the holder of four Olympic medals Sebastian Coe, the national record holder in high jump Britta Bilač, Olympic champion in hammer throw Primoz Kozmus, the national record holder in javelin Ratej Martina and olympic participant Martina Tomic. After the run, children had an opportunity and took a picture with the torch from the Oyimpic Games in London 2012.

According to the smiling faces and good will, we can say, children had extra great fun.
